✓ By placing an order with Shadow SMM Panel, you automatically agree to all the terms listed below, whether you have read them or not.
✓ We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version before placing each order.
✓ If you place duplicate orders for the same link while a previous order is still in progress, no refund or compensation will be provided.
✓ No refill will be available after changing your username.
✓ Always request a refill before placing a new order. Old drops will not be refilled after a new order has been placed.
✓ Orders and refills are completed according to the Start Count and End Count. Any followers, likes, views, or subscribers gained naturally during the order period are included in the final count.
✓ If you change the link or username while an order is in progress, no refund or refill will be provided.
✓ Please make sure your account or post is public before placing an order.
✓ For refill, cancellation, or speed-up requests, your order link must be correct and your account must remain public.
✓ If you delete your post, remove your video, deactivate your account, or change your username while the order is processing, no refund or refill will be issued.
✓ Refill, cancellation, or speed-up requests will only work after the order has passed the Start Count.
✓ No support, refill, or refund will be provided for services marked as No Refill.
✓ Guaranteed services are fully supported, and any issues will be resolved as soon as possible.
✓ Do not place another order on the same link while an existing order is running. Wait until the first order is completed.
✓ Shadow SMM Panel does not guarantee an exact delivery time. Estimated delivery times are only estimates. Orders that are processing will not be refunded due to delivery delays.
✓ Service prices may change at any time without prior notice. Existing payment and refund policies remain applicable.
✓ Shadow SMM Panel is not responsible for any damages or business losses resulting from the use of our services.
✓ We are not responsible for account suspension, content removal, or any action taken by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), or any other social media platform.
Refill Policy
✓ No refill will be provided for drops below 2%.
Example:
If you purchase 1000 followers and only 5 followers drop, refill will not be available.
If 20 followers drop, the refill system will apply.
✓ The refill link must be correct and the account must remain public.
✓ Username changes automatically void the refill guarantee.
How Refill Works
Example:
Start Count: 500
Order Quantity: 500
Expected Total: 1000
If your total followers become less than 1000, you are eligible for refill.
If your followers remain at 1000 or above, refill is not available.
No Refill Services Policy
For services marked as No Refill:
✓ No refill
✓ No refund
✓ No complaints accepted
✓ No support
Please use these services entirely at your own risk.
Order Support Policy
✓ If you experience an issue with an order, our support team will do its best to resolve it.
✓ Please do not repeatedly spam support tickets or live chat.
✓ Support is not available for No Refill services.
✓ Abusive language, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward our support team may result in permanent account suspension.
Wrong Link Policy
✓ Orders placed with incorrect links are not eligible for refunds.
✓ If you are unsure which link should be used for a service, please contact our support team before placing the order.
Refund Policy
Order Resolution
If an order issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours, the amount will automatically be refunded to your Shadow SMM Panel wallet.
You may then choose to:
A) Use the refunded balance to purchase another service.
B) Request a full wallet refund through Live Chat (processed within 1–24 hours where applicable).
✓ Refunds are only issued to your Shadow SMM Panel wallet.
✓ We do not transfer refunds to bank accounts, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other payment method.
✓ If you experience a payment issue, contact our support team through Live Chat or Support Ticket.
Account Policy
✓ Creating an account means you fully accept all of our Terms and Policies.
✓ Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
✓ Providing false information or violating our policies may lead to account restrictions.
